Only 48 miles long and 37 miles wide, Rhode Island is full of big surprises! As we take you on this enlightening journey, you will enjoy the things that make Rhode Island so attractive and unique. Beginning in our capital city and traveling by tour bus around our beautiful Bay, you will take in breathtaking views, and learn what this state has contributed to America. On this trip you will visit the things Rhode Island is most known for including picturesque beaches, colonial architecture, lighthouses, islands, quintessential New England towns, and stunning mansions. Are the tours rain or shine?
Yes, unless you hear otherwise from us.
Can we take any of the public tours as a private or group tour?
Yes, all of the public tours can be reserved as a private or group tour, and can be reserved for any time of the year, any day of the week and any time of day you choose.
Are a minimum number of participants required for your tours?
Yes, we require a minimum of 6 total participants for the Discover Providence tour, a minimum of 8 total participants for the Rhode Island in a Day tour, and a minimum of 10 total participants for the Autumn in New England tour. For the Friday Funday tours, the minimum number required varies from trip to trip. If less than the minimum number of total participants required have booked a particular tour, the people who have booked that tour will be given the opportunity to still take the tour by purchasing the minimum amount of bookings required, switch to another time that tour is offered, switch to a different tour, or receive a full refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel a tour for which you have purchased tickets, you will be given the option to choose another time, another day, or another tour. You can also receive a full refund, as long as your reservation was not cancelled within 24 hours of the tour. If we have to cancel a tour because the minimum number of participants isn’t met or for some other unforeseen circumstance, you will be given the opportunity to move to another time, another tour, or be refunded.
Are your buses handicap accessible?
Yes and no. All of our buses are equipped with handrails to assist in climbing the two steps into the bus. In addition, most of our buses are also equipped with a storage area where we can put mobility aids. Our buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts, however.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you have to cancel a tour for which you have purchased tickets, you will be given the option to choose another time, another day, or another tour. You can also receive a full refund, as long as we did not have to turn other customers away because of your reservation.
