Rhode Island and the American Revolution

Excellent tour, guide, and education! This was a great experience. We were able to see a lot of RI, learn about the history, culture and landscape while relaxing and letting someone else drive. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. There were many stops on the way to take photos and tour around, so it never felt like we missed anything. I highly recommend this tour!

Great overview of the small state with a big presence Our guide, John, was enthusiastic, knowledgable and engaging.

Confusing pick up spot Meet up location changed and we got lost walking to another. Dean Hotel does not exist, it is Neptune Hotel at same location.

A fun learning experience Our guide, John, was extremely knowledgeable on historical facts and also very entertaining. He made our day fun and memorable.

Good time even in the rain The tour was informative plenty of useful stops (restrooms/shopping/sights) tour guide was pleasant and engaging.

A Thorough Rhode Is Tour We really enjoyed Ted, our tour guide. A RI native, his love for Providence was evident throughout the bus tour. Lots of opportunities to get off and get closer to explore and take pics. No rushing. We learned so much about the Ocean State! Ted gave everyone their 8 hours-worth! Highly recommend.

Newport a fun place Great time beautiful place Of your going on o the mansions I suggest joining the preservation society, Also visit Audrain Museum For Tennis museum, and the cliff walk

Good Tour The tour was very good. Our guide was new to the job but was very good. I think you should note when you are signing up that the entire walk is not paved, some is rocky and good shoes should be worn for this walk.

Great Tour to See Providence Our driver and guide, John, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area as he grew up there. He was very personable and welcoming. There were only 8 of us in the group which made it very nice. We stopped at several locations and saw most of Providence. I would highly recommend the tour!

Excellent! Well worth the cost of the trip! Absolutely amazing day with Ted! He was so knowledgable and helpful! The only issue we had was finding the meet up place! We were there promptly 15 minutes early and there was no sign so we were unsure if we were in the right place. Once we were on the bus with Ted, there were NO problems! He was great, let us off multiple times for pictures and had great advice for other things in the area to do!! Thank you, Ted!

Best Tour if you want to quickly get to know all of Rhode Island. 10 out of five! LOL that is if I could give it that many stars. If you don’t know where to start, or if you’re ADHD and just want a feel for everything, start here with this tour and ask for Ted. It won’t be boring. He certainly added to such a lovely experience, well looked out for as a solo traveler, fun and so knowledgeable he’s like a walking encyclopedia. Today I’m going to go back and spend a bit more time at some of the places I only got to view for a quick minute but I feel like I know Rhode Island so much better having been on this Tour! I’m only sorry I won’t see Ted and the others again today it was so enjoyable I feel we could all be friends. I love the roundness of experience between the mansions, the time spend by the water, the taste of Rhode island Cuisine, the US History I mean you get it ALL! Highly recommend this tour and ask for Ted. You won’t be sorry.
