Clearer instructions exactly where to meet. I didn't know there was a sign on the sidewalk to designate where to meet the tour. John was our tour guide. He was very informative with lots of history and personal experiences in the area. John was helpful in suggesting other areas to visit & he recommended places to eat.  Verified Far better than competition
Our guide was Phil and he was excellent. Very informative and packed a lot of sightseeing and very interesting talks into the nearly two hour tour in a large air conditioned van with 23 other people. Went on a tour by a competitor (Providence East Side Sights and Stories Guided Tour) the day before and there is no comparison. This was hands down better in all respects.

This was a great experience. We were able to see a lot of RI, learn about the history, culture and landscape while relaxing and letting someone else drive. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable.
